Mr. Sachin Bajla is promoter and Managing Director of TPRL. He is a first generation entrepreneur having started a international trading firm after completing his education in 1994.The trading company evolved to emerge as one of the largest leather traders in the Country. The leather operations were shut down in 2001 to focus on metals trading. In 2001, Mr. Bajla promoted Taurian Iron and Steel Company Private Limited (“TISC”), which operates an iron ore mine in the mineral rich state of Jharkhand in India. TISC has emerged as one of the largest exporter of iron ore from Paradip port in India and recorded revenues of more than US$ 70mn in FY 2007. TISC was the first Indian company to buy two rakes to transport their ore to the port. Mr. Bajla exited TISC in 2007 to pursue mineral assets in Africa.TRPL is led by him. |

 Director - Africa
Location: Abidjan Ansu Bajla has been with TRPL since its inception. He is responsible for the African operations and is based out of Ivory Coast . Mr. Bajla provides day-to-day management of the geology and mining teams in Africa. He has spent considerable time during his career in Africa and is very familiar with the local culture. Additionally, Mr. Bajla is conversant in French. |

 Director- Indian Operations
Location: Mumbai Rakesh Sharma is responsible for the Indian mining operations of TRPL. He has overseen mining ale of over 100,000 MT of iron ore from the Company’s iron ore mine in the state of Jharkhand. In addition, he is responsible for sale of Iron ore to steel producers in India as well as sale of manganese ore to alloy producers in India. |

 Director- Foreign Trade
Location: Mumbai Meenakshi Jain was appointed Director of Foreign Trade in January 2008. She has worked with Mr. Bajla since 2002 in his previous venture (TISC). She is responsible for all import and export of the ore from Africa as well as sale of manganese ore globally other than India. Additionally, she is involved in purchase of equipment for all new projects globally. |

Independent Director Mr.Tripathi has played an important role in guiding the Taurian Group's iron ore operations. Mr. Tripathi is an expert in planning, operation and management of mineral projects in Iron Ore, Diamond, Limestone, Coal, and so on with 40 years of successful experience in the industry. He has expertise in mineral beneficiation and development of new material through utilization of waste. As an acknowledged leader in the corporate world, Mr.Tripathi has received numerous awards for ‘Managerial Excellence and Leadership’ in mineral industry in India. |
